Looking for a motivated team leader who enjoys working in a fast paced, energetic environment. Someone who loves working with people and the community and also loves to ensure the best possible experience at Java House.

As a Team Leader, you would bring passion to creating a memorable experience for our customers, baristas and community. Java House aspires to be a significant part of the community and we're searching for someone to infuse the café with the kind of energy and mood that inspires the baristas to love what they do, provides exceptional customer service, ensures that everything runs smoothly in the business, and creates a welcoming environment for the entire neighborhood. You'll need strong interpersonal & communication skills, working full time with an open and flexible schedule. Dependable & motivated with a strong work ethic. If you are willing to learn and are responsible, we are willing to train.
